The Custodian provides 50% refund from Guardianship services  in case of visa refusal. Client has to send official letter from USCIS about visa refusal as a proof and start of refund process. Refund process takes around 2-4 weeks. Bank Transaction fees on client's side (around $30 ).

The Custodian is in charge for Student Residence/Host Family fees refund in case of Study Visa rejection. In some cases, 1st and last month of accommodation/Host Family fees are non-refundable as per lease agreement. The Accommodation Placements fees are non-refundable in any situation.
